To get started we'll consider your budget and preferred style, and any inspiration pieces you have in mind. The consultation process will provide me with valuable information to create your perfect piece.

Don't worry if you're not sure what you want yet - it's still an exciting process! I can help you narrow down your preferences with questionnaires and mood boards.

After determining the design direction, I start sourcing stones (if required) based on the customer's budget, preferred colour, shape, and size. I carefully select multiple stones that will perfectly complement your bespoke design, making your new piece truly one-of-a-kind.

I am able to source a wide selection of diamonds and gemstones, including Diamonds, Sapphires, Rubies, Emeralds, Pearls, Opals and others. Additionally, you have the option to use your own gems or upcycle from old rings, earrings, and necklaces to further customise your piece.

After exchanging emails and gaining a clear understanding of your vision, I'll sketch some design options for you to choose from. With these options, I can provide pricing estimates and an expected timeline for the making of your piece. This is the stage where everything begins to take shape.

To confirm your order, a deposit payment will be required once you've selected your main stone.

It's time to refine the details. After creating a final sketch and quote for your approval, I will request the remaining deposit.

Once I receive payment and confirmation to proceed with your final design, I will order all necessary materials to kick off production.

The countryside is now where the magic happens, and each custom-made piece is meticulously crafted to perfection.

Our production process starts with raw metal, rolled out and shaped to the necessary dimensions. Once the metal is formed, gemstones are carefully set and then the piece undergoes a final polishing. Despite common belief, the production process is quite dirty until the final steps and polish that bring the piece to life.

Throughout the process, I will keep you updated and can share pictures of the progress for those interested.

Your final piece is now complete and ready for you! Once finished, I will send an image of the finished product and the final invoice payment is due.

You may choose to have your jewellery shipped directly to you or we can arrange a pickup from either Coorow or Osborne Park, Perth.

If you require jewellery insurance, I can arrange this before your piece leaves the workshop. Every purchase comes with a certificate of authenticity, and we can also arrange independent valuations upon request.
